Michael S. Brouse graduated from University of North Dakota School of Law in 1977. He has dedicated his law practice to representing the elderly and disabled , focusing on elder law and emphasizing medical assistance and disability planning, as well as estate planning for small and medium sized estates. Adjunct areas of practice include probate, real estate, small business planning and municipal law as the Fosston City Attorney.

Robert A. Woodke graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1977. He is admitted to practice in Iowa and in the Minnesota State and Federal Courts. His practice emphasizes bankruptcy , civil trial work, real estate and business matters. He represents individuals and small businesses throughout North-central Minnesota. He is a published author of multiple books and magazine articles and served as editor in chief of the "Legal Technology and Practice Guide."

Amber Hildebrandt graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Amber joined the firm in July of 2012 after serving as a Law Clerk for the District Court in Stearns County, Minnesota. Amber is a member of the Board of Directors of the Headwaters Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Medical Assistance Legal Action Group. She became a member of the Order of Barristers in 2010. Her areas of practice include medical assistance and disability planning, elder law and estate planning, real estate and trial work.
