The Office of Tracey Reynolds provides a full range of real property

legal services to individuals, corporations, partnerships, developers, lending institutions and professional organizations. Her representation relates to the purchase and financing of residential and commercial real estate. Legal services also include drafting and negotiating purchase/sell documents and preparing documents involving all forms of real property financing and lines of credit. Office Philosophy
There is no mystery to good client service. My main objective and the philosophy on which I have built my practice is to serve my clients as I expect to be served.

Knowledge
Knowledge not only of the legal process or laws relating to real estate transactions but also of how this affects my clients practically - EXPERIENCE.

Communication
By providing my clients with my complete knowledge surrounding the transaction from the results of our title examination to the review of inspections, the client is in control of his or her decisions and can make well-informed decisions.

Recognizing what is important
I realize that the key to providing the ultimate service for my clients is to first listen to my client and determine the end goal to be reached and all the particulars that are important to my client. Each transaction and each client is different. I then make sure that the results of our investigation and work are communicated properly to the client thereby allowing my office and the client to make sure that all objectives are met.

Access
By contacting the client with advice to assist with the process from determining if a new survey is necessary to purchasing title insurance to advising the client upfront of pitfalls that may frustrate the closing process, my clients have easy access to me and my staff's experience and knowledge. I am involved in every step of the process and am easily available to my clients. I also meet separately with the purchasers to go through their documents and answer questions outside of the presence of the seller to allow the purchaser to freely and confidentially ask questions regarding the loan or closing process. This is very helpful as well for first time buyers as they are more comfortable asking questions when not in the presence of experienced sellers.


 

Time and money
I constantly review my office process and fees to ensure that I am providing my service in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. My office staff and I value our client's time and are ready when the client arrives and work hard to schedule the transaction at the best time for the client.

Strong Commitment To Accuracy
Making sure that the process is completed correctly: I have checks and balances for each step of the closing process to ensure that the work that is completed for my clients is completed correctly. I am constantly reviewing and monitoring the way in which we handle a closing to make sure that it is the best process to meet all of the principals upon which I have built my practice.
