Headquarters Hair Design

Officially opening their doors Dec.1, 2009, Headquarters Hair Design and Day Spa is located at 215 Milltown Boulevard, St. Stephen. Owned and operated by June Greenlaw, Headquarters is a traditional hair salon that offers standard cuts, perms, colours and highlights as well as a day spa that will soon include an on-site aesthetician. What sets this particular salon apart from its competitors is that all products used in their day to day-operations are certified as being environmentally friendly, or “green.” Headquarters features hair and body products that use a corn based derivative instead of ammonia, that the owner herself describes as, “safe enough to eat, even the bleach!”

Having worked in the hair styling profession for over 30 years, the move to safe, green products was a conscious decision for June Greenlaw, who herself developed health complications associated with chemical products used in “non-green” salons on a daily basis. A native of Charlotte County, June has returned home and offers excellent service, a friendly respectful atmosphere, and high quality eco-friendly products to residents in the area.
