VIP Homes Ltd. has been in business since 2002. Owners Craig Gooding and Cliff Smith have a combined experience of over 45 years in home building, roofing and landscaping.

After years of work learning the trades with other builders, Craig Gooding decided to go on his own, starting with smaller projects and working up to custom homes and larger projects. Craig Gooding and Cliff Smith, who worked alongside Craig (Craig's Roofing Ltd.), decided in 2002 join to forces and formed VIP Homes Ltd.

Craig and Cliff have completed over 30 custom projects and numerous spec homes. They continue to build quality homes on Vancouver Island.
