I have many years of real estate experience, 2 as an agent, 3 as an Associate Broker and the rest as the Broker Owner of my own company. Over the last 4 years I have been involved in between 44 to 51 transactions a year. On average most other Realtor in the area worked less than 10 transactions each. There are a lot of Realtors out there but it is absolutely critical that you find one who knows their market, has additional training above the minimal continuing educational hours and who will practice real estate like they were practicing real estate for themselves.
