Don't leave anything to chance. Decide in advance exactly what type of cleaning you want done and write it down. 

Write down which rooms you want cleaned, what items or furniture you want cleaned, whether you want the furniture moved or not, any dishes cleaned, laundry service, beds made or whatever you want done.

The more specific you are the better so there will be no misunderstandings.
